The position of Vicar of St John's Roslyn is currently vacant. We are advertising for a new vicar - click here for details. Our previous vicar, the Ven Dr
Kelvin Wright, left St John's in February 2010 and was ordained as
Bishop of Dunedin on the 27th of that month. (More information can be found
on our News page and on the Diocesan website.)
Our Priest-in-Charge is the Revd Roger Barker, recently vicar of Port Chalmers. During the interregnum period, Roger will be working in the
parish mainly from Wednesday to Sunday. He will have the use of
the former Youth Worker's office as well as a room in the vicarage.
Sound
recordings of most of Vicar Kelvin's sermons from 2001 onwards will remain available in our Sermon Archive. He
is also maintaining a blog; the address is http://vendr.blogspot.com. |
